 Look out for us at your local gala or shopping centre. Come and say hello, we love being stroked. You can also pick up coats, collars and goodies for your own hound that will help support our efforts to find new homes for other abandoned hounds. Thanks for your on-going support.**Special appeal** - we have a wonderful supporter who crochets top quality items for us to sell for much needed funds. We desperately need double knitting wool. If you have any tucked away, please contact Pat (see the contacts page). Thank you. Sunday 15th August, 10-4pm. The Rotary Club Charity Motor Show, Frodsham Community Centre, Frodsham Saturday 28th August, we will be at Widnes Market. WA8 6UE. Find us in the foyer opposite Morrisons from 11am - 4pm. We'll have a few dogs for rehoming with us and will be running a tombola. Please come along and say hello - or let a friend know! Sat & Sun 25th & 26th Sept Classic Car Show, Victoria Park, Widnes We'll let you know where else we are going to be soon ... It is always lovely to meet our homed hounds again, so please do come along and say hello at these events. For anyone living in the Runcorn/Widnes area it would be a tremendous help if someone could give Sue and Pat occasional help with transporting of dogs between kennels and vets. It would just be occasionally but to have an extra pair of hands would be such a great help. Always needed: Strong Martingale style collars and leads. If you have any lurking in cupboards etc. that you no longer use, we would be delighted to put them to good use. Thanks. |
